STUDENT COURSE TRANSFER PROCEDURE

1. Course Transfer: Student changes the course or period of study (from full-time to part-time or vice versa) but remains as a student at the College.

2. Conditions for granting Course Transfer:

  • All outstanding fees must be settled prior to approval of request.
  • Student must fulfil the admission criteria of the new course and will be subjected to the College’s student selection and admission procedures.
  • ICA will be informed by the College through the cancellation of the student pass (for student pass holders) for students who have withdrew from the College.

3. For any requests on Transfers, students are to fill in the Withdraw / Transfer / Refund Form or Deferment Request Form and submit them to the Administration Executive. For eligible refund cases, the students are to also ‘TICK’ on the Refund Box in the Withdraw / Transfer / Refund Form as well.

4. The Administration Executive would need to then arrange a meet-up with the student to understand more on the rationale of request if necessary.

5. For any Course Transfers, the College would need to obtain the student’s parent / legal guardian’s written consent if they are under 18 years of age.

6. ICA will be informed through the application of the new Student Pass.

7. The maximum processing time of Deferment: within 4 weeks
