Foreign Language Training Course

Foreign Languages (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesian, German, Italian, Tamil, Thai, Laotian, Malay, Hindi, Arabic, Dutch, French, Spanish  and other European and Asian languages)

This course aims to introduce the proper speech and pronunciation, and also allows the students to carry out conversations in foreign language in the correct grammatical rules and with proper sentence structures. Students are able to proceed from level 1 up to level 3 to improve their conversational ability.

 

Working English / Mandarin Training Course 

These courses aims to introduce the proper speech and pronunciations and also to allow the students to carry out conversations and write in English / Mandarin in the correct grammatical rules and with proper sentence structures as required in the workplace. Students are able to proceed from level 1 up to level 3 to improve their conversational ability.

Areas covered in the course include: daily conversation and interaction with people, telephone etiquette, handling job enquiries and job specific information, making appointments, suggestions, warnings and complaints.

 

Business English / Mandarin Training Course 

This course aims to allow students to listen, speak, read and write English / Mandarin in the correct grammatical rules, focus on the structure, style, clarity and effectiveness of English / Mandarin. Students are able to proceed from level 1 up to level 3 to improve their reading and writing ability. At the end of the course, students will be expected to be able to listen and communicate fluently in English / Mandarin, read and write memos, job applications, e-mails and reports.

 

One-to-one language course for CEO (English, Mandarin Chinese and other European and Asian languages)

Course is specially designed to equip CEO with foreign language skills required in the workplace to facilitate work progress and communication. This upgrading of skills of CEO will build the language learning confidence of participants. The content and approach of this programme will aim to help CEO to  read and write simple phrases to enable them to express their preferences and suggestions, provide job-specific information to colleagues and clients, relay telephone messages, handle enquiries, make reports and give explanations. At the end of the course, students will be more employable with a new language skill acquired which is enough to handle most situations at work. As the course is one to one, it provides flexibility to the student’s timing and dedicated attention.

 

Pre-requisites

Level 1– No requirement
Level 2 or above – sit for a placement test / interview to assess language proficiency.

 

Course Duration

Each Level/term is categorized into 20 lessons of 2 hours.

Foreign Languages: each level/term is categorized into 10 lessons of 2 hours.

Exact timetable to be further discussed and arranged by client. Training courses are conducted at our clients’ premises.  Lesson schedule and detailed course content can be specially designed to meet the needs of various organisations.

 

Course Certification

Students can receive a certificate by the school upon completion of the course. Whether or not to take an examination at the end of the course is optional.
